Small Glue Activation Unit
This small machine was designed to activate adhesives and to heat up materials to make them more flexible during operation. Compatible with long leather pieces, such as straps and belts. Temperature can be set between 0 and 4.000 °C, however the leather will only reach 45-50 °C, so it will nto get damaged. The equipment does not become hot during operation.

- Small glue activation unit designed to activate adhesives that need heat activation to bound and to heat up materials to make them more flexible during operation.
- The temperature of the heater can be set between 0 and 400oC, but the transmitted radiant heat is much lower, therefore the elements of the equipment do not become hot.
- When the temperature of the heater is set between 180oC and 300oC, 20 to 10 seconds are needed to activate the adhesive. The leather will not reach a temperature higher than 45 50 °C, thus it will not shrink or deform.
- It is safe to touch the working surfaces without protective gloves even after several hours of operation Small scale, it takes up only a small space of the working area.
- Comes with two auxiliary supports, a rectangular and a round disc, to make use easy and adjustable.
